4. Client Funds and Account Control

• Each investor register and maintain their own Binance account, opened using their personal email and phone number.

• Investors retain full ownership and control of their capital and have exclusive authority over deposits and withdrawals.

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via email and phone is required for fund withdrawals — ensuring only the account holder can move funds.

Capital Gain Trade Ltd will operate trading activities on your behalf only with connection approval with our account. We do not require — nor do we request — access to your account, email, phone OTPs, or wallet control.

5. Profit-Sharing Terms

• We aim for an annual return target of 100%. These are performance goals, not guaranteed returns.

• At the end of each month:

  • The Investor will withdraw profit and share our 30% margin to us.

• Profit-sharing payments are made manually by the investor when he withdraws money.

All profit-sharing is based on the actual realized gains in the investor’s Binance account.

6. Third-Party Platforms Disclaimer

While we trade exclusively on Binance, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Binance Holdings Ltd. We cannot be held responsible for technical issues, security breaches, or service disruptions on the Binance platform or any third-party service provider.
